Light:
A bright position, out of direct sun. An east facing windowsill is ideal or set back from a south or west.
Water:
Likes a bit more regular watering than Phalaenopsis orchids. Keep the potting medium evenly moist like a wrung out sponge. Allow the top portion to dry slightly between waterings. Avoid wetting the leaves.
